All orders placed with us are shipped to you absolutely FREE of charge. Most of our orders are sent by Royal Mail, but we may use other courier. 95% of our orders are shipped on the day received and we use a Royal Mail 24-48hr service.
What else should I know?
Orders placed from 5pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday in the instance of a Bank Holiday)
Where possible, we will always attempt to pack your order in such a way that enables posting through a letterbox. Where this is not possible, Royal Mail will need somebody available to accept delivery of the parcel, or they may leave it in your designated safe place (Should you have one).
In the event of a failed delivery, your parcel will be returned to your local sorting office or courier depot to await collection.
On some occasions we do send larger or high value orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service. In these instances a signature would be required. If this is a problem please let us know.
Oh..oh.. Something's not working!
We make every possible effort to ensure our customers are happy. That is why they just keep on coming back. On the extremely rare occasion that there is a problem with one of our products, or even if you are not 100% satisfied in every way, please contact our friendly staff and they will be more than happy to help.
If you have received faulty goods, please contact a member of our team detailing the problems you are experiencing, including any error messages you receive.
Our staff can usually resolve any issues in a short space of time allowing you to get back to printing ASAP. In the event we are unable to identify or fix the problem you will be given the choice of a full refund or replacement goods. The choice is yours. We will also ensure you don't pay any postage costs.
Please note however we will require any faulty cartridges to be available for return to us in order for us to inspect and refer any faults back to the manufacturer.
